Thank you to all those who visited the Ruskin Virtual Open Days in 2021; we hope you found them useful. There are no further open days in 2021 - the next University Open Days will be in July 2022 - but we hope to publish some of the videos and sessions here on the website in due course.
On the University of Oxford's Virtual Open Day pages, the Fine Art section offers a range of videos:
- The Head of Undergraduate Studies introduces you to the BFA programme, and gives you an idea of what we are looking for in an applicant;
- You can see some of the facilities at the Ruskin
- You can meet some current and recent students
- You can see an example of the online teaching we've offered (though we are returning to face-to-face teaching in this new academic year)
- You can find out more about the application process
At CALLOUT, you can wander through rooms in the gallery of the 2021 Virtual Degree Show.
You'll also find a useful downloadable PDF of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
We'd also encourage you, while you're at the Virtual Open Day, to visit some of the colleges which offer places in Fine Art (here is a list of links to BFA affiliated colleges.)
