Hannah Feren

Hannah is between places, taking refuge in familiarity. She returns repeatedly to a suburban American home. She ventures into and around the home, fixating periodically on particular objects – a chair, a stool, a sink. She depicts ephemeral moments of mundane ritual. She pulls them apart and sits with them for longer than necessary.  All of this is likely to change.
